My reason for 3 stars is why didn’t nori make the first nori cloud with better vacuum technology. The nori cloud 2 came out 2-3 days after I spent money on the first one. Very disappointed now because I can afford another nori cloud so I guess I will have to deal with that I have and miss out of the better one.

The iron Does not get hot on any setting so really unable to tell if the fabric facial even works right. It is a waste of money. And the return policy is horrible.
