Too good to be true. I agree with the other 1-star reviewers, it just doesn't work well. The steam runs out quickly and the wrinkles are still there. I also found it to be more difficult to use than a traditional iron. Definitely not worth the money.

I think this steamer was a good idea but the execution of it leaves much to be desired. It’s heavy. Too heavy to comfortably hold with one hand while steaming a garment. The steam function doesn’t work the whole time, it’s as though it comes in cycles. If you need to reach the middle of the garment with the iron then you are creating more wrinkles as the fabric gets bunched up in the handles. As a minimalist, I wanted to love this so I could get rid of my bulky steamer but the Nori just doesn’t work well enough. I wouldn’t recommend it. It is not a standout product in terms of being lightweight, compact enough for travel, dry clean like finish nor easy to use.

I am so disappointed with the Nori. So much hype and so many positive reviews but I honestly don’t get any of it. It is hard to use and makes other parts of the garment wrinkle while working on the current area. It’s also awkward to hold and there is no good way to get to the garment- hanging, lying flat or holding-none of it works. Total waste and I’ll be going back to my trusty steamer.
